What we collect to make your song, who helps us make it, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why

Who helps us
We share data only with the services that make the song and run the site, each under a data processing agreement:
- Anthropic (USA): writes the lyrics from your answers.
- Mureka / Kunlun (Singapore and China): creates the music and vocals from the lyrics, which include the recipient’s name.
- Stripe (USA and Ireland): takes payment, through the Stripe account of our payment collection partner UAB “Crush” (Lithuania).
- DigitalOcean (USA): hosts the site, the database and the song files.
- Resend (USA): sends our emails.
- Meta (USA and Ireland): the Meta pixel and Conversions API measure which ads lead to visits and orders. We send events (page view, add to cart, checkout started, purchase with its amount) with your email and phone in hashed form, never in plain text.
Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Your song page and its answers stay available as long as you may want to play the song: until you ask us to delete them. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Unpaid previews are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use (including ad measurement), and take it with you. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
US residents: we don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement above, which you can opt out of by email. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, https://vdai.lrv.lt).
